Shipping

Autark currently ships within Australia free of charge, using carbon-neutral transport. Delivery is estimated at between 1 and 10 days.

Orders placed for items currently in stock will be promptly shipped on the day that complete payment is received wherever possible or the next business day.

Autark is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Autark also ships internationally at a flat rate of $23 Australian per delivery. International deliveries may be subject to delays and/or additional duties, fees and taxes to which autark cannot be held responsible.

Autark will declare the accurate value of shipped items and will label them as clothing.

A pre-order item will usually be shipped within 4 to 6 weeks of the order being placed.

A made-to-order item will be shipped within 10 to 14 business days of the order being placed.

If any issues regarding pre-order or made-to-order delivery arise, autark will contact the customer immediately.
