where do you ship to?

we ship to destinations both within australia and internationally

how long will shipping take?

this depends on your location - within australia orders take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days

for international shipping delivery estimation, please see the australia post website

orders will be shipped within 2 business days of payment

tracking information will be provided to you as soon as shipping has been organised

will I be charged shipping duties and or taxes on my order?

decisions regarding additional charges are subject to the laws in place at the destination

what if I have entered the wrong address?

what happens if I have ordered the wrong size?

please contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to rectify the situation for you

we accept refunds (in accordance with our refund policies) if you feel your choice is not quite right

can I return a faulty item? 

the utmost care and attention is given to creating autark garments, however, if you find that your item is faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@autarklabel.com to arrange a resolution, usually either a refund or an exchange of your item

how long will it take to receive a made to order item?

made to order items will be completed and ready to ship between 10 to 14 business days after the order is placed

you will be updated regarding the status of your purchase throughout the creation process

I can't find an item - is it still in stock?

my size is not available - what can I do?

please reach out to us as we can, on occasion, make sold out pieces upon request

can I come by and try things on?

we absolutely love to have clients visit us in our studio
